A. You can use your Southwest gift card to buy passenger travel from Southwest’s website. It’s not valid for package holidays, rental cars, cargo, hotels, inflight purchases or group tickets.
A. No, Southwest gift cards do not expire. This means you can save your gift card until you’re ready to travel. Alternatively, if you’re choosing to buy a gift card as a gift, it also means the recipient is free to book at their leisure.
A. If you are having any issues with your Southwest gift card, you can contact the helpline on the back of the gift card or, if it was an eGift card, you can contact customer service by phone at 1- 844-217-4797.
A. There’s no way to combine multiple gift card funds onto one card. However, you can use up to three gift cards per passenger on each reservation. So if you have multiple gift cards, you can use them. For full T&Cs, contact Southwest Airlines.
A. Physical gift cards can take anywhere from two to 10 days depending on the delivery option you select. For eGift cards, they are usually emailed to you within four hours of your transaction being completed.
A. You can enter your gift card details on our check balance page to determine how much you have remaining. All you need is your gift card number and pin.
