That’s why we offer Kroger Pickup – a service that lets you shop online and then choose to collect your items at a time that suits you. It’s free on orders of $35* or more. What is Kroger Pickup?

Kroger Pickup is a service that saves you time with your shopping – while letting you stay in charge of the process. Simply shop online with us from the comfort of your couch and then  collect your items from your nearest store whenever it’s convenient.

Select ‘Pickup’ as your preferred shopping method and enter your zip code to find your nearest store. You’ll also get to pick the day and time you want to get your items – with slots available up to seven days in advance and a chance to modify your order up until the night before your pick up date. Orders can be placed on our website or using our mobile app.

It’s a smart way to buy a gift card online to pick up in store and get all your grocery shopping done at the same time. Pay with your debit or credit card from the Kroger Family of Stores.

What are the benefits?

• We’ll stay in touch. Tell us your cellphone number and we’ll text you to let you know when your order is ready – or if there are any substitutions.
• We’ll bring your order to your car. Use the app, website or phone number to let us know when you arrive, and we’ll be right out to load your items into your vehicle.

Kroger Pickup - FAQs

Can someone else go and get my Kroger Pickup for me?

Yes, someone else can collect a Kroger Pickup order for you. They’ll need to take a valid ID with them for any age-restricted purchases.

Do all Kroger stores offer Pickup?

It’s not yet possible to offer Kroger Pickup in all our stores. We are always working to add new locations, so it’s worth checking out if your nearest store is available.

What if I don’t like my substitutes?

Our associates will review any substitutes with you when they come out to your car. If you aren’t happy with any of the choices, they can be sent back. If you get home and are later unhappy with a substituted item, take it back to a store at any time for a full refund.

Can you use coupons with Pickup?

Yes, you can use coupons with our Pickup service. Digital coupons can be automatically applied to your order if they’re loaded onto your Shopper’s Card. Paper coupons can be applied at time of Pickup too.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Follow signs to the Pickup area when you get to your selected store and park in one of the marked spaces. Call the number on the sign or use the app with location services on to automatically let our associates know you’ve arrived.
