A. To use your Airbnb gift card, you will need to create or sign into your Airbnb account using a computer or the app. You can then redeem the gift card and use the funds to pay for a new trip or travel experience.
You can also send Airbnb eGift cards to friends and family – they will just need to redeem the gift card using their own Airbnb account.
A. No. Airbnb gift cards are non-reloadable as the funds are added straight to your Airbnb account. Your gift card balance will be automatically applied to any new bookings.
A. Once you’ve redeemed a gift card, you can check the balance in your account by clicking on payment methods. Look for the Airbnb gift credit section to find the current balance and any other gift cards redeemed on your account.
A. Funds do not expire. No fees apply to the purchase/activation of cards. Redeemable by U.S. residents for merchandise and services on airbnb.com only. The card is non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned except where required by law. Treat this Card as cash; the issuer is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards, or unauthorized use. Issued by Airbnb Payments, Inc. A. If you’re having issues with redeeming your Airbnb eGift card, you should call the number provided with the card or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. If you did not receive your eGift card, it’s best to contact Kroger’s Gift Card Customer Service team by phone at 1-844-217-4797. Please note that our customer service team cannot handle redemption issues.
